1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Tattoo Booking ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Service. These terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Tattoo Booking.

2. Description of service

Tattoo Booking is a software platform designed for tattoo studios and artists. It provides tools for managing bookings, client records, digital consent forms, flash designs, aftercare follow-ups, and earnings tracking.

3. Account registration and credentials

To use the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep it updated.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to:

• Using the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Engaging in fraud, spam, or deceptive practices.
• Infringing the intellectual property rights of others.
• Attempting to interfere with the security or integrity of the Service, including the use of malware, probing, or unauthorised scraping.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code of the Service.
• Reselling, redistributing, or sublicensing access to the Service without our written permission.

5. Intellectual property

Tattoo Booking retains all ownership rights in the Service, including its software, documentation, branding, and underlying intellectual property. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service solely for your own studio operations in accordance with these terms.

You retain ownership of any content you upload to the Service (such as client records, booking details, and flash designs). By uploading content, you grant us a limited licence to host and process that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

6. Payment and subscription

Access to certain features of the Service requires a paid subscription. Payments, billing, tax collection, and subscription management are handled by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method until you cancel.

7. Service level

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Suspension and termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We may retain your data for a reasonable period in accordance with our Privacy Policy and legal obligations.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tattoo Booking shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability shall be limited to the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where required by law.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tattoo Booking from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Tattoo Booking operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
