Yes. You write your own deposit and reschedule policy, and clients accept it at checkout. Check your local consumer-protection rules before making a deposit fully non-refundable.
Can a deposit move to a rescheduled appointment?
Yes — you can transfer a deposit to a new date instead of refunding it.
Do I need a card reader?
No. All deposits and balances are collected online through Stripe. If you want to run a card in the shop, any Stripe reader plugs in.
Can I import my existing client list?
Yes — CSV import from Square, Acuity, Google Sheets, or a spreadsheet you export from your current tool. Setup usually takes under an hour.
Is there a contract?
