Who in my studio can see medical notes?
Only signed-in members of your studio account. Client records are never exposed on public pages or artist profiles.
Can a client ask me to delete their data?
Yes. You can delete a client record and its attachments from the dashboard. Check your local retention rules first — some jurisdictions require consent records to be kept for a set number of years.
Do I need a card reader?
No. All deposits and balances are collected online through Stripe. If you want to run a card in the shop, any Stripe reader plugs in.
Can I import my existing client list?
Yes — CSV import from Square, Acuity, Google Sheets, or a spreadsheet you export from your current tool. Setup usually takes under an hour.
Is there a contract?
No contract, no setup fee, cancel from your dashboard. We also offer a 7-day free trial if it doesn't fit how your studio works.
