Refund Policy

7-day free trial

Every new studio starts with a 7-day free trial. A card is required at signup, but you are not charged during the trial. Cancel any time before day 8 from your billing page and you are never billed. After the trial the subscription renews automatically at $29.99/month.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment processor, Stripe. To request a refund, please contact our support team at studio@tattoobooking.co and we will assist you in initiating the process.

Refund eligibility

• The 7-day free trial is the intended way to evaluate the product — cancel before day 8 and no charge is made.
• Subscription charges after the trial are non-refundable, but you may cancel at any time to prevent future billing.
• If you were charged in error or by accident, email us and we will review it case by case.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing dashboard. If you cancel, you will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time in a billing period.
