We want you to be fully satisfied with Tattoo Booking. If you are not happy with your subscription for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment processor, Stripe. To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@tattoobooking.co and we will assist you in initiating the process.

Refund eligibility

  • Refunds apply to your first subscription payment within the 30-day window.
  • After 30 days, subscription charges are non-refundable, but you may cancel at any time to prevent future billing.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing dashboard. If you cancel, you will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time in a billing period.
